Open a door, reconsider, and close it again.
Official instructions
Use an ordinary door in your own home that nobody else is using. Check that the doorway is clear, open it gently, pause to reconsider, then close it gently. Avoid fire doors, automatic doors and any risk to fingers or pets. Describe your reconsideration in one sentence.
The Constitution applies. Without exception.
No danger, harassment, damage or unwilling participants. Respect private information and animal autonomy. Stop if safety or consent is in doubt.
