Look at a public clock until the minute changes twice.
Official instructions
Observe a public clock from a safe, stationary place where you are allowed to be. Wait for two changes of the minute display or hand. Do not block a walkway or stare at other people. Record the first and last minute. Time will continue without your supervision.
The Constitution applies. Without exception.
No danger, harassment, damage or unwilling participants. Respect private information and animal autonomy. Stop if safety or consent is in doubt.
