Wear one sock inside-out for 30 minutes.
Official instructions
Turn one of your clean socks inside-out and wear it comfortably for 30 minutes. The other sock is not subject to this regulation. Stop if it causes discomfort. Record the duration and which sock was appointed.
The Constitution applies. Without exception.
No danger, harassment, damage or unwilling participants. Respect private information and animal autonomy. Stop if safety or consent is in doubt.
