Carry a spoon outdoors for one hour without using it.

Take your own ordinary spoon outdoors for one hour. Carry it securely in a pocket or bag and do not use it. Choose a safe, familiar place and suitable weather. Ordinary breaks are permitted; the spoon must remain unemployed. Record the start and end times.
The Constitution applies. Without exception.
No danger, harassment, damage or unwilling participants. Respect private information and animal autonomy. Stop if safety or consent is in doubt.
